DTCCandidates must have a Diploma in Civil Engineering from any recognized technical board or institute in India. A minimum of 70% marks is required for General, OBC (NCL), and EWS candidates, while SC, ST, and PwBD candidates only need to pass.
DTSCandidates must have a Diploma in Survey Engineering or a Diploma in Civil Engineering with Survey as a subject from a recognized technical board or institute in India. A minimum of 70% marks is required for General, OBC (NCL), and EWS candidates, while SC, ST, and PwBD candidates only need to pass.
JOT (HR)Candidates must have a regular Bachelor’s degree in BBA, BBM, BBS, or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institute or university in India. A minimum of 70% marks is required for General, OBC (NCL), and EWS candidates, while SC, ST, and PwBD candidates only need to pass.

  • Go to the official website of the Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL).
  • On the homepage, find the Admit Card / Examination section.
  • Look for the notification named Diploma Trainee Admit Card 2026.
  • Click to open the admit card login page.
  • Enter your Registration ID or Roll Number and Date of Birth as required.
  • Submit the details to view your admit card pdf on the screen.
  • Carefully check all details such as candidate name, roll number, exam date, time, and exam centre address.
  • Download the admit card PDF and save it on your device.
  • Take a printed copy of the admit card to carry to the exam centre.
